I believe Stephen Ross (dolphins owner) donated $500 million when I was going there

All of the top 72 D-1A coaches were paid at least $1 million per year in 2016.
QUESTIONS: Does a higher salary generally make teams better?
Are NCAA coaches worth the big bucks they get in this coaches arms race?
Did you notice the disparity in the B1G schools in coaching salaries?
