Worst part about this whole situation is they traded Davis for Pryor and the Browns are very thin at linebacker now with Tank out.

Agree with you there , some rumours the defensive staff weren't happy with the trade in the first place

Linebacker and safety may in fact be a priority in the next draft.....unless all of Peppers, Campbell, Kindred, Nacua can really play well.

And right now the Browns only have 5 LBs on the team:  Collins, Kirksey, Schobert, Burgess, Alexander

  • I'm glad they cut his ass... this is exactly the kind of shit previous regimes wouldn't have had the balls to do.

  • He's Tom Coughlins problem now..He's a Jaguar..He'll be back in Cleveland for a game day presser..Damn am buying a lot of popcorn this season 🙂

So you are saying a freelance sports contributor to Forbes' magazine's renown Sports Department... a contributor who "specializes in NFL"... is not authoritative? 😮

It really can be that simple...

It certainly wasn't in this case.

  • The releasing of the player isn't the issue.  Apparently he's a jerk.  So I guess the issue is bringing him in in the first place.  It was a bad trade...right?

Demario Davis reeks of a profession player & walked out of here still speaking like it..On the field Davis could not breakdown to make a tackle so he over penetrated many of them..Pryor seems to have that Sherman tude with no game action to back it up.. was it a bad trade?..yes, with no returns or refund on Pryor's part

  • Had some hope at the safety position.  Bring on the rookies

    Bring on the rookies

Pretty close to the season's motto...

  • There's an old football saying, "You lose one game for every rookie that you have to start".     (I'm guessing that means each rookie will cost you a game, on top of the ones you lose without their help)
