I think the upsetting part to me is that it's so objectively bad play decision that leads to this crap too. It's not a close call, or unlucky break. It's simple overthrows, obvious penalties, or just rotten decision-making.

there's certain things the Browns can't seem to do no matter who the head coach is. one of them is WR bubble screens, the other is stopping a 3rd and long; teams just pass up the middle every time
