Modified Facebook Sports Poll Questions

Here are some Survey Question that came from Facebook, that I have modified into Sport Questions. Give your answer:
1. What sportscaster (living or dead) would you like to narrate the story of your life?
2. Name a sports word/phrase/cliche that you cannot stand.
3. Idaho was the only state in the nation where a majority of people in that state said that they would NOT be afraid of a Wild Gorilla. Pretend you are from Idaho....what sports team that everyone else seems to be afraid of would you not be afraid of?
4. One way to get the focus off the issue of standing for the anthem by NFL players would be for a NFL player to come out and declare he is openly gay. Is the NFL ready for an openly gay player? (A real one....not one that hardly has a chance like Michael Sam)
5. Less than 50% of the American nation thought that all but one of the following "Activities" was NOT a real sport. Name that one activity that people thought was "real".....and tell us if you think these are or are not each of these is a "real" sports:
Billiards
Bocce Ball
Cheerleading
Chess
Competitive Eating
Croquet
Darts
Drone Racing

I'd guess Ice Dancing and Cheerleading. We argued too much already if golf is a sport.

My own answers
1. What sportscaster (living or dead) would you like to narrate the story of your life?
John Facenda....The Voice of God!
2. Name a sports word/phrase/cliche that you cannot stand.
"The Process" is a pile of Sheet basically.
3. Idaho was the only state in the nation where a majority of people in that state said that they would NOT be afraid of a Wild Gorilla. Pretend you are from Idaho....what sports team that everyone else seems to be afraid of would you not be afraid of?
Steelers really are not very good. And Patriots....Browns almost always play them tough. Actually....the team's I fear are my own: I fear the Indians will choke away a big lead in a series. I fear that the Browns will play below their talent level. I fear that the Cavs just don't have quite enough. Problem is that all my fears in these areas come true.
4. One way to get the focus off the issue of standing for the anthem by NFL players would be for a NFL player to come out and declare he is openly gay. Is the NFL ready for an openly gay player? (A real one....not one that hardly has a chance like Michael Sam)
Yes, yes they are. And that player will probably be a member of the Browns. One thing the Browns are good at is maintaining publicity.

Riflery is the one competition that more than 50% thought was a real sport. Some of these take real athleticism: Ice Dancing, Cheerleading. Others take a great deal of skill....be it hand eye coordination or mental acuity. But I don't know if they are a sport. (and I hate sports where "judging" has to take place to decide a winner....even if it is very athletic...like Ice Dancing and Figure Skating etc.

We got into this back whether golf is a sport or not. My definition of a "sport" is if it takes athletic ability or not. If not, it's a "skill" not a sport. If it makes you work up a sweat it's a sport, and playing golf on a 90 degree day doesn't count in my book. We hopefully won't open up that can of worms again.

Golf was not one of the events on my list. Despite what you may think.....95% of people would say golf is a sport. Now....tell us what you think about Bocce Ball or Darts!!

I think/hope so but it would help if he was white, stood for the anthem, and was not political

Well, I used to play golf- badly. It's a recreational activity that a few guys can do way better than the rest of us average schmucks. Sure there's an element of competition at the highest level, but if that's your criteria so is chess. How about Curling? Bowling? Most people consider NASCAR a sport too, but unless you're seriously disabled- the vast majority of the population knows how to drive a car. .

Of course it's a sport, look at this athlete:
