It figures that stuff happens in societies that have no consequences.

England's welfare state is a few years beyond ours but I'd bet that state enforced child support VS prison might just slow that behavior down a tad.

This is how many years since kid #1?

And the state shoulda been chaging him from the time that the first one squirted out.

It's up to the state to recoup tghe welfare each mother is getting and should be from the start whether she presses charges or not.
