No matter what you think his overall talent level is, how does subtracting the undebatably best DE on the roster.....improve the browns? Cause then we have Orchard stepping. Orchard and Nassib.....that's your dream DE tandem? That's a joke.

Tell us what game was Garrett dominant in.. What game did he take over and change?

He's got 5 sacks in 6 games, he's been solid in a season where he's had some injuries.  Played very good against the Jets.  Garrett's play hasn't been the issue.

  • 1 out of 3 means you'd be in Cooperstown.  Coleman was a bad pick but Garrett has been solid so far in his rookie campaign.

Hating on Hue is funny.  You talk about how schitty the players are but expect the coach to wave a magic wand and make them good.  You don't win in the NFL without talent.

If Hue was winless with a decent team I'd pile on but this team is beyond atrocious.

Hueless the Clueless has contributed mightily to 0-11 going on 0-16. did we have a chance today? Sure, two killing penalties in the red zone.

Hue didn't audible to Treggs getting a penalty after a catch.  You can put the crazy 3 and 1 pass call on him but the drops, the penalties, Joe Mixon destroying guys isn't on him.  These guys just aren't that good.  A prime example is Kizer hits Devalve and he falls to the ground like he was happy just to catch it.  These guys just aren't any good.  The talent on this team has been awful for years now but somehow we expect them to be "coached up".  You hope a good coach can take a good player and make them very good or great but you can't take a dud and make them good.  You can't make Coleman catch the ball or Devalve get faster.

But- I gotta coach 'em up. They haven't quit. You need to quit Hue. You're a joke, the team is a joke. Rename them "The Generals" of Harlem Globetrotters fame.

  • Hue Jackson is the worst head coach i. the history of the NFL.

Corey Coleman was a waste of a pick. He is a fumble fingered homosexual who will NEVER amount to jack schidt

Myels Garrett was also a waste of a #1 #1 pick. He is at best, average. His talent was avaolable on rounds 3 and 4.

    ******************************************

WHAT A PIECE OF SCHIDT HUE JACKSON IS.  AFTER THE GAME HE WALKED OVER TO DALTON.....DALTON SAID  "YOU COULD HAVE HAD HIM" AND THEN HUE AND DALTON WALKED.OVER TO TALK TO MCCARRON.

MEANWHILE KIZER LOOKS ON AFTER DROPPED PASSES AND ODOOT HUE JACKSON PENALTIES.

    FUKCKING CLASSLESS. ABSOLUTELY CLASSLESS.

You may have missed before the game both Hue AND Jimmah spent some time talking to McCarron. He will be a Brown next year

I saw that. I thought hue was going to fall on his knees and start blowing the kid. So will McCarron be the 4th or 5th miss on QB by this FO?

That's the same "coach's cliches" that Belichick spews every week.  You're not going to get a coach to say, "did you see Mixon steamroll Peppers, how can we win when they are better than we are".

For my money when coaches need to be fired is when talent surpasses results.  The Jags are stuck with Blake Bortles who is horrible, you can't blame Marrone for not winning with that schit kicker at QB.

Now the Raiders are a good example of a talented team underachieving.  I don't watch them so I don't know if it's coaching or not but that is a good example of finding a head coach to make the team better.

1-15, 0-11 Says it all Bacon. Do I think the Browns lack talent? Sure. But it's not 1-26 lacking. Certainly not so lacking we can't even put up a competitive performance against the very mediocre Bengals.

I partially agree. But then i see perfect passes dropped in the endzone. Cant get worse than that. 6 points literally left off the board.

I think they will sign him AND draft a QB at #1. QB room will be McCarron, Kizer and the Pick. I also think Jimmy being with Hue talking to AJ is very telling as to Hues being the survivor over the FO.

    Welcome

    Agree on Allen 100%

Hilarious. Allen sucks big time. He can't hold Rosen's jock. Allen has fail written all over him. Happy feet just like Darnold.

  • @ghoolie said:

Rosen is tailor made for Cleveland. He is pure Sheet. Darnold is the guy, and you know damned well he is the guy because he would rather have his nutsack cut off than land in Cleveland. Even a ree-o-tard like Myles Garrett wanted to do his Zumba act somewhere beside Cleveland.

The only thing worse than our coaching staff and FO, are the majority of Browns fans who actually think we are on the right track. I pray that the Browns are moved and er-named. Cleveland doesn't need a football team, and really, cannot support it.

What do you think of my choice, Baker Mayfield from Oklahoma?

    @stillmotion said:

Better choice than Rosen. Quick release, and he is a pocket passer.

    Larry,

you make a good point. This team has more talent than the 1999 squad, and they won more in 2 years than this crap bag. I never liked Hue, never liked Williams.  Have no idea why they still have jobs.

Garrett also blows. He has one move, one purpose. He can't do anything else.

  • I'd trust a QB from the Pac 12 over the Big 12 any day of the week. What franchise NFL QB's have come out of the Big 12?

Do you even watch Rosen? You just described him with the exception of climbing the pocket and going through progressions in a pro style offense. Allen not very good under pressure when he has played teams like Rosen plays every week. He caves. I've seen 3 of Allen's games and 3 1/2 of Rosens. Rosen is a far better prospect and makes Darnold look like a runner who can't stick around to find a secondary receiver. Darnold needs another year and Allen is a career backup IF he even makes a team.

  • @stillmotion said:
