"...Most importantly, the Carter Page application was NOT the launching point of the Trump-Russia collusion investigation. This is the most important point. If the Page FISA warrant had been the centerpiece and launching point of the investigation, Trump might have grounds to shut the whole thing down — Trump could claim, rightly, that the FBI, DOJ, and Hillary campaign worked together to trump up these charges, and then weaponized our intelligence and law enforcement community against him. But the memo itself states that “The Page FISA application also mentions information regarding fellow Trump campaign advisor George Papadopoulos. …The Papadopoulos information triggered the opening of an FBI counterintelligence investigation in late July 2016 by FBI agent Pete Strzok.” The memo points out that Strzok was also anti-Trump, but provides no evidence that the Papadopoulos investigation was biased — and that would be hard to prove, since Papadopoulos has now pled guilty to lying to the FBI. So the notion of the Mueller investigation as a sort of “fruit of the poisonous tree” springing from Page is undercut by the memo."

Yeah, until you really think about it, you could say that.
I have to admit, as much as it was built up it was hard for it not to be a let down.
But, there are a whole lot of names in that little ole document . . .
And when you realize they were essentially (still are) attempting a full blown Coup (non - Militarily so far), and they were actively trying to overthrow a legitimately elected President, things take on a little different light.

For obvious reasons our intelligence agencies can't release all documents. Trump supporters will say, see big bad Hillary was after the Donald. Trump detractors will say it does't amount to much of anything. I find it telling that Wray isn't happen and might be on his way out. Comey was shown the door after he handed Trump a decent election bump. Who will be the next FBI director Trump appoints to be fired.

As you know I disagree 100% about Comey giving Trump a boost. They were well aware that people thought something Shady was going on, because it was, but he made a big point of opening up the investigation again just so he can say "nope we looked nothing there! She's as honest as the day is long."

CNN Correspondent Jim Sciutto cited 2 anonymous sources, claiming that McCabe didn't say that the dossier was used for the warrants.
Oops, McCabe did in fact testify under oath that there would not have been a FISA warrant if not for the dossier. IT'S RECORDED.
