Might be wishful thinking but i just don’t like that they blew their whole load on an average qb. Wait and see if you can entice someone better.

Bad example. Sammy Watkins has been a woefully underperforming player ever since he entered the league. Can't stay on the field, not very good when he is on the field. He was fourth on the Rams in catches this year (a whopping 39) despite playing on one of the NFL's most explosive offenses.
After Cousins, Tyrod was the best FA quarterback available. Tyrod only threw four picks last year (14 TDs) and six the year before (17 TDs). I like that he takes care of the ball, a big difference from what the Browns had this year. A real nice get by Dorsey that will help make the Browns much more competitive this season.

Plueeeezzzeeee, Taylor is slated to make $10 million, about 1\3 of what Cousins is going to get. He's got one year left on his deal. Classic game manager, and has some wheels that will make Hueless happy.

If Cousins doesn't want to come here he just ain't bout that life.
He should come at Hometown discount prices just to play here. All those weapons and a decent line and the ability to leave a legacy if he's any good. A QB's dream scenario.

Taylor is the bridge QB we all knew was coming to keep Rosen, Darnold or Mayfield from starting on Day 1.

Just that Taylor is the best bridge out there... You can sort of roll the dice at #4 a little more. For the record- I'm still all in on taking the QB we prefer at #1 overall. If Saquon falls to #4, great.
