Definitely one of the steals of the draft.. Panthers get a consensus late-first-early-second talent here in the middle of the third.

He's listed as a first-round at McShay's site, at nfldraftscout, walterfootball, and he's pretty much always the third safety off the board in other mocks... About the only place he's not in the top50 is CBS
