    I was under the impression she passed away not long after Joe... I was unaware of the lung cancer.. The same thing took my father back in 08 COPD.

    Not from adoption though, his mother remarried and thus his name changed. Ford was adopted and name changed

    OK, yes, I see that.   So, actually.....there are at least two:    As  Gerald Ford was born Leslie King....and had his name changed after adoption,  similar to  Clinton.
