I see people in my area where they don't pay for their home, food, cars etc. without working at all. Every female around here walks around here with her 4 kids.
Will getting paid.

I lived in Long Beach many moons ago when my ship was in the yards at Long Beach NSY. Lived in Navy housing with my new wife that was in the hood kind of. Remember the oil rigs off shore that they made to look like buildings.
