Regarding the bold- not going to happen- and if you hope it does, not much of a Browns fan. I was there on the front lines with Kathy H. Dave, Bees Indy, Karen and a few others in 1995 to make sure we at least got table scraps when Modell pulled the rug from under us. Art? Great Man? F-in carpetbagger, with no sense of loyalty, and a bad businessman to boot. I've said many times they should have renamed Southerly Sewage (prominently visible from I-77) as the Arthur B Modell Wastewater treatment facility. Every time you took a big dump, you knew it was going straight to Art. Seriously- short of Mike Tyson ignorance, how in the hell can you piss away a $50+ million dollar bribe to relocate? Dumb a$$ will go down in history as the only owner to fire TWO HOF coaches Paul Brown and Bellichick. Could have sold the team to Lehrner then and there, but nope, wanted to pass the team down to his cigar chompin' kid. In the end, Divine Justice Tom- he got neither. They're both dead. Too bad, those Super Bowl wins, and the Little Criminal Ray Lewis rightfully belong to Cleveland.
For the record- there's a difference between camaraderie, and posting BS to get a response. Personally, I hope Gordon leads the league in touchdowns and receiving yards. If he does, you're never going to hear the end of it. Should he flame out and wind up sitting on the porch with Justin Blackmon smoking blunts and drinking beer- well- I'll give you a tip of the hat on character judgement.

Nope and I never took it personal nor ever complained to anyone about it except maybe a person involved directly through PM to iron out whatever might be going on. Only exception I can recall was a discussion with Tour about Z early in my stay here. He gave me a better perspective. So I stuck around and have never regretted doing so.

If you want the Steelers to win over the Browns, if you want the team to lose, and the team to move, you are not a Browns fan clearly.
I mean, we can tolerate all manner of trolls who are fans of other teams. And we can certainly tolerate all kinds of criticism of this team. God knows they deserve it, and God knows we all do it.
But, I personally cannot really tolerate this kind of a Quisling. If you do not know what that is, look it up. While that derives from the name of an individual, it can very well be replaced by "Ghoolie".
So...tell you what, instead of the team moving.....why don't you just go away. In that respect, as far as it affects you...it is the same thing.
So, if you want to be out......just go. You don't have to tell us a hundred times that that is what you are going to do and never do it. Just do it.
Ain't nobody demanding, begging pleading you to stay.....including Stan.

Yeah, I don't get Ghoolie was all positive around a month ago, and now back to his old ways of not only bashing the team- but hoping they lose on top of it. Talk about bipolar disorder. I totally agree this board would be a lot quieter place if he permanently started posting on the teams message boards he professes he's going to be rooting for- the Las Vegas Rovin' Raiders. Just like the Ghoul with no loyalty to a team, the Raiders have no loyalty to a city.
Funny that Ghoolie pointed out Z has TOS posts against him and pointed it out. FWIW, Z only has issues with flamebaiting a-holes.
On a personal level- I've had it again with Ghoolie's BS. Thanks for noting I was giving you a link to an article describing the PUP list regarding Jabril Peppers, Ghoolie didn't even bother to read it, and started on another Josh Gordon rant. If he doesn't like Gordon great- but he's never met the guy, and I doubt he qualified to judge his character from afar. I reported a couple of his (to my mind) over the top posts with a piece of my mind commentary- so Stan could see the level of board pollution he's up to. Plus- and I rarely do it- I deleted a couple of his posts that I felt were personal attacks.
I also considered spending more time on "The Board That Cannot be Named". Shep's over there, as well as a bunch of other guys who know football, and I respect their opinions. For sure, Ghoolie's crap is absolutely not tolerated over there, he's lifetime banned. He lasted around a week before he got kicked off for good, and I even apologized to one of their Mods for siccing him on them. Their board is proof you can disagree, and still be civil about it without resorting to profanity and name calling.
So, assuming The Old Ghoul decides to stick around- and he can take this as being duly warned- he better put on the nice Ghoolie persona- because if I see more flamebaiting spew, it's going away.
