free tip, although it's debatable you deserve it: quality, fast investments never require your money Adam>>>the smart route is with hard money lenders. if the deal will turn a profit you'll have to beat lenders off with a sledge...but you'll generally pay between 15-20 points (%). now get out there and knock down your first million!

You should feel lucky that you have a job in todays economy. A lot of people are out of work, (myself included) and the job market is brutal right now. Good luck finding a new job, and appreciate the one you have.

I didn't mean to imply that at all. I hate my job right now but am grateful to be gainfully employed. But I am trying to go back to school and get into the medical field.
