Just saw the updated weather report for Sunday. Looks like the remnants of TS Gordon is due to hit the area in the afternoon of the game.. With a 1PM kickoff, lets hope that we get off to a quick start and rack up a 10 point lead and then the downpour happens and we lock the game down.

Talking about the possibility of 3 to 4 inches of heavy and steady rainfall.. Timing will be everything.

Is this good or bad for us? I think bad if it is early in the game.. Not sure these new guys have played in this type of weather before...

well if leveon aint playin its especially good for us.Take the air out of bens passing game. Our offense can just focus on running with a pass here and there to keep em honest. Maybe landry can turn a 5 to 10 yd pass into a long td.....stuff like that may win the game.

^ I had similar thought that got bombed by internet disconnect...

No Bell... Connor+WhatZisFace vs. Hyde+Chubb on a field with a state-of-the-art subsurface drainage system and Ben2Brown/JuJu grounded by rain?

        I like that scenario.

Weather only benefits the team that can benefit from it on any given play. Until the game is being played, weather doesn't favor anyone.

Brilliant.    Weather won't affect a game until you actually play the game.

I think, what has happened is that, given your profession, you have actually become water intoxicated, which has lead to mental illness.

(Which is a real thing, because early in my career I handled a commitment case where this really happened)

Bad weather makes it difficult for everybody, but given that their air offense is deadly, if the game is decided in the trenches, I like our odds.

Not only because with Bell away our running backs corp is better than theirs, but also our linebackers are better than theirs.

Shucks, the Ohio State wimps delayed the game until the rain stopped, that won't happen in Cleveland. I'll be at the game and bring the appropriate rain gear.

The weather just bums me out. I have been jacked up for this game for quite awhile. Sitting in a deluge of 4 inches of rain wont even be remotely fun even in the raingear that will keep me dry.

I was there- there was NO lightning- the wimps were afraid there might be lightning. They did mention at the end of the game "severe storm heading towards the stadium". In that they were correct- a Florida level blinding deluge replete with fireworks.

Numbnuts, weather is weather. At game time it benefits nobody. On any given play it can affect a play, then a game. But to predict who it favors? YOu must have been one loser of an atty. Really, you and Hoorta run neck and neck for TBB King Jackoff.

The only rain you have to worry about is Steeler rain beating down the Browns. You won't get that wet. You will be home, crying by the third quarter.

Shucks, the Ohio State wimps delayed the game until the rain stopped, that won't happen in Cleveland. I'll be at the game and bring the appropriate rain gear.

The game at Ohio State was delayed because of lightning. That is an NCAA rule not an Ohio State decision. In fact if I am not mistaken the same rule applies in the NFL. So if there were to be lightning in the vicinity around the Browns game it to would be postponed in the middle of the gameThe game at Ohio State was delayed because of lightning. Brilliant.    Weather won't affect a game until you actually play the game.

I think, what has happened is that, given your profession, you have actually become water intoxicated, which has lead to mental illness.

(Which is a real thing, because early in my career I handled a commitment case where this really happened)

The only rain you have to worry about is Steeler rain beating down the Browns. You won't get that wet. You will be home, crying by the third quarter.
