Browns To Name Baker Mayfield Starter Monday
-
Baker is the real deal which I was suspect of at first and he proved me wrong. I'm interested to see how he does when a team game plans for him next week and if he can play like he played tonight, which I think he will, we may just have both the offensive and defensive rookies of the year.

......... does it make me a pussy that I had to wipe tears away from me eyes?
Yes, you're a big pussy.
Now excuse me, I have to get a tissue because my allergies are acting up.

Mayfield earned my confidence tonight. I’m still reeling from the win. Dizzied.
It feels like we actually have a real QB.

So happy for the Browns and Baker. So proud of his performance. Hope it’s a long successful journey for you guys. BOOMER SOONER!!!

Instead of "wally pipp'd" we can now use "tyrod taylor'd" for losing your spot to injury
Or maybe until that replacement is actually a HoF player it can stay with wally pipp... Pipp was replaced by someone named Lou Gehrig.
Drew Bledsoe'd? [Bledsoe got hit so hard by Mo Lewis that he actually almost died due to a blood vessel shearing in his chest]

Great interview after the game as well, giving credit to all around him.

Shades of Couch going out to boos so many years ago.. But with a happy ending this time... It is without a doubt Baker's team now... If Hue decides anything different. He deserves to be shot.... Figuratively speaking of course...

I was thinking, "Nailed It!"

The zip he gets is what surprised me most, I’m sure some questioned his arm strength leading up the draft

People who paid attention knew he had excellent arm strength and accuracy. A lot of people didn't by making lazy comparisons to Manziel
