Everybody here knows that I thought of Trump as a circus barker. A showman. Not a conman. And I didn't want him to be the nominee.
But when I started LISTENING to what he was saying, and decided that he was sincere, I got on board. Now, it was the absolute correct decision. PRESIDENT TRUMP is being an excellent president. The things he is accomplishing is GREAT for OUR COUNTRY.
I wasn't a huge fan of Reagan's movies, but when I started listening to him, I was all in. And he was elected and became a GREAT AMERICAN PRESIDENT.
MAGA, Woody. Not bitching and trying to "transform" and belittle us all around the world, diss our Constitution, etc etc etc
send arms to drug cartels on purpose, with no tracing, hiding facts about benghazi, fast and furious, the iran deal, the IRS scandal, doj scandal, fbi scandal....the list goes on and on.

Another mistake well over 34,000 posts. It's gonna happen. I was wrong about Trump then, I became right about him when I really started listening to him on the campaign trail. And he has become far more an excellent president more and more.

In the absence of Newt Gingrich I supported John Kasich. I am much less fond of him now only because I believe that he's let his personal Vendetta get in the way of what's best for the country. Hopefully he would have stayed on his original course had he nomination but who knows?

I was in for Trump from his announcement on the Escalator. I remember some in here saying he had a snowballs chance in hell of ever getting the nomination.

In the absence of Newt Gingrich I supported John Kasich. I am much less fond of him now only because I believe that he's let his personal Vendetta get in the way of what's best for the country. Hopefully he would have stayed on his original course had he nomination but who knows?

JOhn Kasich was a terrific gov, I think. But now, he's gone azzwise leftish. I figure he's close to becoming a centrist democrat, except they won't have him. I wouldn't be surprised if he becomes a hero independent candidate for pres - a new "goofball" party.

To my recollection Cal's prior view of Trump was the only time he was wrong. When have you been right about anything?
