While at the Philly draft..Most Browns fans there, were very excited about the Peppers pick..Teams fans below us picking were not so excited..improving draft picks are a rarity in this place..I like what Williams has done using Pep this season. Having dependable corners can't hurt

    Oakland

  • Same guys couldn’t play for Hue.

    Coaching matters

    Any questions?

  • Fuck everyone!

    Merry Christmas!

    Go Browns!

    Hahaha

One good game out of how many?

  • Glad he did good, but he needs consistency.

  • It only took a 1st round pick to produce 3 years.

    Way to go Sashi

Damn good time to have a good game, don’t ya think?

  • I'd give the game ball to Chubbs.

  • He also didn't miss a tackle last night unlike nearly all the rest of the DB's

And now for his next issue.. consistency..

  • Glad he did good, but he needs consistency.

Actually this year we have seen several defenders come into their own in the much faster NFL. And don't forget that guy we got from GB--Randal has been a stabilizing influence on the entire defensive effort. Peppers has learned a lot from him.

EDIT: And we need to find a way to trade up for KYs other Josh Allen. That kind of player will unleash Garrett. Can't stop 'em both. Go watch his game against Florida this year.

I'm sure he has learned something from him... But much more importantly Randall has allowed Pep to play closer to the LOS

Honestly that's most games. There's only a handful of guys on the team that are good, consistent tacklers.

    It's Gerbil Peckers 2nd season...

  • You've got guys desperately trying to say it's only his play that matters... Nothing else

While other posters are straining just to say something neutral

    Hahahahaha

Some of us know the truth

Both Gerbil and Njoku have been playing into their late 1st round draft status

Njoku was very young when we drafted him. Very raw. That one was obvious. He can be a real weapon for years to come.

You don't hate him because he came from Miami?

Why would I care at all that he went to Miami?

that was sarcasm , but then again I never hated Gerbil because he came from Michigan, and I never hated Baker for beating the Buckeyes in 17

  • Peppers had a great game. To the people saying one good game, how many safeties can you remember that created more than one play in a game that can be directly attributed to causing a win? It is rare that safeties are in that position. Peppers stepped up.

I know people here are OSU homers to their core and like giving Woody shit but Peppers is a Brown who just helped to propel them to their first win over the Broncos in almost 30 fucking years. Get excited, motherfuckers!

     Go Browns!

Sarcasm needs to at least make a little sense...

thanks to Gregg Williams "take the wheels off the car" tackling low techs..Remember BB Calhoun's first season coming out of Minnesota? 4 solid tackles last night, none bigger than the WR sideline bubble pass that BBC straight out blew up..lot of good coaching techs, in that Gregg Williams coaching D' Tree..that was textbook from Williams best coachable student.. Calhoooonn!!
