I won't be in the Tavern much this week as my dad is coming over to watch the game with me. We're 2-0 when we watch together, so let's make it 3-0!
My brain says this is EXACTLY the kind of game the Browns would lose. Remember 2007? Beat Bengals for a playoff appearance? And we choked? Now we're playing a backup QB without his top WRs, and we're at home.
My heart says we're going to be playing with so much emotion, that we're going to play hard, tough, and inspired football. Our crowd will be COMPLETELY into the game, and it'll be as close to a playoff game as we've had in a while.
Heart wins. Browns win 27-17.

I lol at these announcers...."nick chubb is a pure north south runner"...2s later chubb locks up the brakes and cuts a hard right to the outside and beats the persuit around the edge. Nick is multi directional....

That Baker to Landry lateral was a thing of beauty. The odd diagonal backwards pre snap motion Landry took had the LB responsible for him all fucked up. That guy did make the tackle, 6 yards later. Freddie Kitchens yo.
