As 2012 Republican nominee Mitt Romney released an op-ed attacking President Trump in the Washington Post January 1, the networks couldn’t help but rave over the Republican infighting and Romney’s potential 2020 run. Revealing their hypocrisy, ABC and NBC had plenty of time to praise the incoming Utah senator, when they held contempt for him before he became a critic of the president.

To a great degree, a presidency shapes the public character of the nation. A president should unite us and inspire us to follow “our better angels.” A president should demonstrate the essential qualities of honesty and integrity, and elevate the national discourse with comity and mutual respect.
In a 2016 Pew Research Center poll, 84 percent of people in Germany, Britain, France, Canada and Sweden believed the American president would “do the right thing in world affairs.” One year later, that number had fallen to 16 percent.

Before Mittens became a critic of Trump the left and the MSM called him a racist, sexist bigot who failed to pay any taxes for 10 years among other things. Let's just start with the hypocrisy. Romney actually was about as much of a boy scout as they come but you would have never known that from how the left and the MSM portrayed him when he ran for president in 2012.

oh now Romneys "the swamp"...lmao. I'll fully acknowledge the MSM is annoying as shit when they give a republican an on air rimjob as he's criticizing Trump. But at the same time, even if he makes incredibly valid points that no one can refute.....he automatically becomes a "rino". Which means republican in name only.....which is funny cause Trump isn't much of a republican. He's something else, and if you're fine with that..ok. Just not sure he isn't essentially his own party anymore. Love how Ron Paul was derided for years by you old queers yet Trump comes in and essentially parrots a lot of what Paul has talked about for decades.....and now you guys take Trump to the root.
