James Campen - Asst OC?
-
Packers longest tenured coach and one of the best/most well-respected run game coordinators in the league. Would be a huge get.
Feel free to merge with assistant search thread.

In nine of Campen’s 11 seasons as offensive line coach, the Packers have ranked in the top 10 in the league in scoring. Green Bay finished in the top 10 in total offense in eight of those 11 seasons, highlighted by three of the top four single-season yardage marks in franchise history.
Campen has helped six linemen earn Pro Bowl recognition since 2010 (T Chad Clifton, C Scott Wells, G Josh Sitton, C Jeff Saturday, T David Bakhtiari, G T.J. Lang), the only team in the league to have six different members of the offensive line selected over that span. Campen has had at least one of his linemen named to the Pro Bowl in six of the last eight seasons (2010-12, 2014-16).
Sounds alright to me
