This will be the next "circus"....if Cohen can provide any kind of backing to this, Trump is bye bye. For the lazy, some federal officials "let it slip", right, that Cohen told Mueller that Trump instructed him to lie to congress. Im basically "meh" right now until there's some kind of concrete collaboration. But this could be why Mueller is still going. So basically whether Trump colluded with Russia or not, will become irrelevant IF, and I stress IF, this report has any validity. He'll be done. If he did this and it ends up that he didn't knowingly engage in any collusion with Russia....this will be the most fantastic boner ever in American politics. It's congress, not some guinea fuck manhattan judge u've become used to paying off. Can't lie, or instruct your underling to lie, to congress.

The special counsel’s office learned about Trump’s directive for Cohen to lie to Congress through interviews with multiple witnesses from the Trump Organization and internal company emails, text messages, and a cache of other documents. Cohen then acknowledged those instructions during his interviews with that office.
If this is true, I have a lot of respect to Mueller. They have known for a long time and it is just now coming out. He runs a tight ship.

The way it reads is they got all that information from other sources/witnesses and caught him trying to maintain the Trump lie. Then he caved once he realized they already had what they needed and were using it to bait him. So it's not like it's just Cohen making shit up. It's that they already had it and used it against him to verify his part.
