And he does support United States benefits for illegals so there's that. People in the United States on the Dole compared to the Bottom Rung of society in El Salvador Etc would seem like kings in that country.

There is a big difference from opening boarders and providing a standard of living to all individuals, legal or illegal, living in the Unite States. I think there is a large segment of our country who don't believe there is "border crisis" but completely support overhauling our immigration policies. Better border security, path to citizenship, improving ICE enforcement, better trade agreements with Mexico, stricter fines for using illegal labor, fast track deportation for certain violations, etc.. This isn't a simple issue and will take many difficult decisions to make a positive change but unfortunately our leadership doesn't care to affect change as much as they do rallying their base, on either side of the aisle. So let's hope the population can overcome this nationalist nonsense and rise above to force our leaders into actually leading....

I totally disagree with that. Illegals have no rights and should be afforded no benefits. It's like expecting factory warranty service when you've stolen a car.

I'm basically on board for all of that even though id fasttrak deportation for illegals for almost any violation. But especially Grease the skids for immigration for people with skills. I would also crack down hard on Sanctuary cities. I think that's reprehensible. I don't expect a border wall to be a Panacea nor do I trust anybody to do anything substantial about the reform you mentioned.
