Mayan Cave Discovery

Recently found in the cave systems under and branching out from Chichen Itza. My wife and I took a daylong bus trip there when we spent a week in Akumal south of Cozumel/Cancun on the Yucatan coast. Highly recommend the trip if you are ever in that area of Mexico. Chichen Itza is the location of the appearance of the shadow snake down the side of the pyramid that happens twice a year on the equinox around Sept. 21 and March 21.
