Let me tell you something, the timing of this case is beautiful. Right before the start of training camp, after countless attempts to get money out of a professional athlete.

I am supposed to believe some TV repair chick/hostess over a guy who convinced the Steelers to take him as their #1, and who subsequently prepared long and hard enough to win 2 SB's?

I am not saying we shouldn't find out the facts, but so far the facts I have seen from the plantiff are goofy and wacky, and completely unbelievable.

This is a serious black eye for all involved. I hope the truth comes out in it's fullest. Even if he is innocent it's still a hard hit on his reputation just being accused of rape. I want what's best for the browns but I'd feel better about it if we did it on the field and not through the legal system. If he is guilty I lost all respect for him as a person and there wasn't much to begin with.

Ben Roethlisberger is an assclown, period. Let me tell you this story. My father works at an aviation center, where sport stars or celebrities come or fly in. One day, a kid around 5 years old came in to the aviation center to get an autograph from Ben Roethlisberger. Ben flew in as usual, he came in, and he appeared as if he was very busy. He saw the kid standing there, and promised him he would sign for him. He went out the door and left. Roethlisberger would never return, and the kid was left there with no autograph, nothing. What an asshole..

I wish I had a dime for every story about some professional who didn't sign for a toddler. Not some punk 14 yr old kid, or some freaky 35 yr old collector, but always the innocent little kid "about 5 yrs old." They're rarely 7 and never 3, just always "about 5 yrs old."

Ever think maybe he forgot? That he probably signs as many (or more) as he doesn't?

The point of the story is to show how Ben really is. He's an assclown and an idiot. Anyways, you're right, these stories are a dime a dozen, however, it confirms how much of asshole he is and also confirms so many other stories people had told about Ben's character.
