Global War on Christians intensifying

"Oh Cal, you're just too sensitive. Don't be that liberal snowflake guy blah blah" lol
Call it simply denial or heads in the sand..the false equivalency rhetoric coming from our white guilt liberals over this issue is amazing.
The mainstream media's aversion to mentioning Christians when reporting on the Sri Lanka Easter Sunday massacre that killed 321 is "unacceptable" and "very troubling," a Muslim scholar told Fox News.
Dr. Qanta Ahmed, the author of "In the Land of the Invisible Women," told "Fox & Friends" Tuesday morning it's an "afterthought" for the media that provides "a very troubling lack of context."
"We believe in Jesus and his message. We have to accept the gospel," Ahmed said. "That is anathema to radical Islamists, and not talking about the persecution of Christians in this attack or in Asia, in general, is unacceptable."
SRI LANKA EASTER MASSACRE HIGHLIGHTS HOW CHRISTIAN PERSECUTION IS ON THE RISE ACROSS THE WORLD
A Washington Post headline read, "Christianity under attack? Sri Lanka church bombings stoke far-right anger in the West."
Ahmed responded: "I'm sure that's what Islamists would like to do, but every decent person of whatever faith, is abhorring this attack. We saw the kind of innocent people who were lost in worship but understand the magnitude. This attack was six times greater than Christchurch, where my co-religionists - Muslims - were killed. Fifty nine Muslims were killed in New Zealand. This is 310 people passed away, possibly more coming, yet the magnitude of that assault is not reflected in the global media and saying so does not stoke any anger, that is an admission of honesty."

The mainstream media's refusal to call this attack for what it really is (an attack on Christians and the Christian faith) is the perfect example of the bias in the media that is rampant today. These clowns posing as journalists are supposed to be reporting the news not slanting the news to fit their agendas and are supposed to report the truth even when it doesn't fit their narratives.

Religious freedom expert: Global war on Christians intensifying
The Sri Lanka Easter Sunday massacre on three churches is a signal the Muslim extremist war on Christians is intensifying across the world and something needs to be done about it, a religious freedom expert told Fox News.
Nina Shea, director of the Center for Religious Freedom of the Hudson Institute, said the United States needs to do more to protect Christians in countries where they are being slaughtered.
"We sell ourselves short," Shea said. "We don't ever defend Christians, we always have higher priorities regarding terror. We don't understand there's a link between the two. The weakness of those Christians makes them a very soft target, and the governments don't feel any pressure coming from us. They feel pressure coming from one side, and that's the extremists."
Statistics from the Hudson Institute are alarming. Every month about 345 Christians are killed for "faith-based" reasons and 105 churches or Christian buildings are burned or attacked. Globally, one in nine Christians experiences persecution.

Which mainstream media are you listening to? I tune out 99% of mainstream news but a coworker was listening to NPR in the car and they 100% were referring to it as a Muslim terror group attack on Christians. The Sri Lankan guy they were interviewing said that both religions are a minority in the country (primarily Buddhist) and that the attacks weren't politically motivated.
