I got tired of Obama disrespecting the police force and not acknowledging some terrorist acts. And saying he would stay out of the Mosque request at NYC Ground Zero. I'm sure there's more as well.
-
Just my opinion- the so-called "hate" has nothing to do with the economy. It has to do with arrogance and insults.
I'm tired of it. Guys who acted like this when I was in junior high and high school got their asses kicked.
He's lucky the Ds are imploding. He's lucky his supporters remain loyal, which I cannot understand....this guy is Teflon.
Oh yeah saying mean things and being abrasive are certainly worse than being a sellout anti-American special interest cronie.
-
Breaking News Chemist....all of DC is special-interest cronies. Ever hear of Betsy DeVos?
Just for the record besides the fact she's not rank-and-file teachers union, probably the union I have to least respect for, what has been made worse for the US educational system by her tenure?
But you are certainly correct, everybody has their special interest base and everybody is a lobbyist everywhere in the United States.

Like I have said before, if you back him without thinking then you have lost your moral compass. What I mean by that is that you can no longer sift through this amoral liar's daily barrage of BS. Comey calls it allowing him to eat your soul bit by bit. It's an apt description. Once you begin to excuse it, then you have lost yourself in early Nazi Germany level fanaticism. 10,000 falsehoods and half-truths and counting according to the WP.

Your whole argument falls flat when you quote a liar like Comey apparently as someone who has a "moral compass".

Tell me about it. You throw the term "moral compass" around as freely as liberals do "racist" , which only proves you're the one not thinking.
If you support today's democrat party then you can say you have lost your moral compass. Your perception of morality is distorted and only used as vengeance.
Supporting a president who has done so many good things for this country has no reflection on the morality of the individual supporting him. Having an ideal set of morals isn't in the presidents job description, it is for a priest or rabbi.
Your assertions have nothing to do with morals and everything to do with trying to humiliate a president you don't like. Another tool used by tools.

VERIFY: Yes, Trump has never taken a presidential paycheck
Under 3 U.S. Code § 102, the president's annual salary is $400,000.
For the past two years, Trump has donated his salary to government agencies, during a televised press briefing with Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

And at the same time the Trump Foundation got outlawed for donating to the Trump family rather than charity. I'm really impressed. ?
I bet you guys would love to play the shell game with Trump. You'd be happy to walk away losers all the time. Got to admire such a great Con.??

WSS I think its simply a bad idea to appoint a for-profit person to a post that is in charge of public schools. Bad look for sure.
I cannot pinpoint anything specifically that she's done "wrong." I simply used her as an example of cronyism. Ohio is an example of Charter School failure, let's hope that Betsy doesn't turn a blind eye.

of course Ohio is also an even better example of the failure of the public school system at the hands of the teachers union.
You know that we have differences over the need for the unions in todays economy but I think the teachers union is definitely the most destructive. I have a lot of friends in other unions who I have a lot more respect for. Including you.

And yet the religious schools (primarily Catholic) give an outstanding education.

as always, there is more to the story than just what you posted, Bob.
Most charter schools - the “brick-and-mortar” schools where students come to a school every day - look great in the new findings, when they are compared to traditional public schools handling similar students. These charters helped students read better than traditional schools did with similar students, and barely did worse in math.
The big problems are with online charter schools, which lag so far behind everyone that they wipe out any gains for charters overall. Online charters did worse in both reading and math - far worse in math - than other schools. It was as if students at online charters in Ohio skipped 47 days of reading classes in a year and 136 days of math classes.
