Favre to Stay retired
-
Well, at least he's being proactive. In the past couple of years, he's waited all the way into November to stop playing football.

If I could insert audio of Handel's "Hallelujah Chorus" - I would.
Get your DVR's ready for the sapfest from the usual suspects this week.

I don't suppose they'll need a QB now?

Does this mean Minnesota trades for DA now??

SADLY,, this is not over.... the sapfest will play out and then 1-2weeks into preseason and this tired talk will start up again. BRETT Favre will get the itch to play and ... well you know. Or at the very least, in the regular season, when some other teams QB goes down injured who they gonna call? I hear even Jeff George might get some suitors!
All the Favre backers here are in denial and soon to be in the grieving stage! And the business side of the farve decision also meant cheaper tickets, as well as more potential local blackouts and setting the stage for the inevitable - move to LA?
