What games are you attending?

None. As much as I love the Browns, I refuse to pay nearly $200 per seat - after taxes and fees - for nosebleed seats, much less several hundred dollars per seat for good seats. I'll just stay home with family and friends and root for them from there.
Seriously, ticket scalpers are fucking scum.
Besides, my uncle has been a season ticket holder for the Bengals since the 70s, so I'll just get tickets to the Browns-Bengals game in Cincy from him. Should be fun to watch them beat the brakes off the Bungles at PBS.
Cool man....so you are a Bengals fan. There was a day I had to beg people to give me something for my extra ticket.
Have fun rooting for the Bengals
Sorry man, don't feel sorry for you. If you want a nice seat, I'll sell you one for $400

As jb said- it's economics. The Browns just down the road from me in Bungle Land is almost a home game, only an hour drive, but I rarely go. Rather sit in my pal's Man Cave and swill some good wine instead. Now that you mention it- I just might make the short road trip. If the Bungles are sucking as I suspect they will that late in the season, there should be plenty of seats available- cheap.

I hope to go to the worst blizzard game in december. Two feet of snow, wind roaring... man, I love those games....

Trying to haggle over a couple tickets to the Steelers @ home. Haven't been to a TNG since we played the Bills a few years back.
Also looking at the Bengals game as well. For some odd reason, I feel Zac Taylor might do them a world of good (though i hope not)

Funny, I like the cold games myself. I've seen some good ones (vs Bills 2007, NYJ 1978, 49ers I think 1974, a 7-0 Browns win).
The early season games are great, but I hate baking in the sun.

Never know, it might be the game in which we clinch the division.

Bunch of damn sick Yankees. I like to mow the law at noon in August. But I do wear shorts and a T-shirt.?
Wyoming winters cured me for life. But I'm so screwed up by it I'm going back to the mountains in Feb. hoping to go snow shoeing. Only decent snow activity I like.

The opener for sure. The bills with the squealers four days later is almost to good to miss both of those. The preseason bucs game is also a possibility, but I don't think I've ever been to a preseason game down there without it getting washed out. Oh and of course the home playoff game.

Browns at 49ers, since i moved to NoCAL. Can't wait for us to stomp them.

I will be at the Opener, which will serve as a Memorial to Stan, "Atenears", held at the traditional tailgate spot. I will post details soon, if you are in Northeast Ohio and you aren't going to the game, at least stop by the tailgate and meet some folks. And if you are coming to the game ... don't miss the tailgate!

Has a decision been made on a second tailgate?

I'm trying to get to the Seahawks game in October, just need to find some affordable plane tickets from Florida!

Allegiant fly's to Cleveland. I know they have flights out of Clearwater/St. Pete, and the Orlando area....a round trip might cost you $150

? Thatta boy!
I'll never forget driving from Roch-cha-cha-chach-ester (still shivering) in a blizzard to the post season playoff victory over the Buffalo Bills. They can blame Ronnie's Harmons all they want; but someone should have known how dangerous Eric Metcalf was in the return game. Jim Croce once said "You don't tug on Superman's cape." Jim Kelly said "Oh yeah? Watch me!" We did; and Clay Matthews intercepted him at the 2 yard line to seal the deal for us.
We sure played in a lot of playoff games after we drafted Clay Matthews and Ozzie Newsome in the first round of 1978 while participating in 3 Conference Championships during their tenures. It's a shame only 1 of those very reliable leaders made it to the HOF. As Pro Bowl Guard Joe DeLamielleure said "he not only played all 4 LBers positions for us - but he did it at an extremely high level." Same guy at a Browns Backers Banquet was asked who was his biggest challenge o block was? Without hesitation, Joe D said "Clay Matthews is the toughest SOB I've ever played against." But what would a Pro Bowl Guard know more than the media about the type of criteria that should be weighed for NFL HOF Selection process? It gave me such warm fuzzies all over to see the NFL HOF process on their knees going bobble head doll on TO's groin. What a teammate! What a leader! He totally deserved to be inducted for the NFL HOF at a place he preferred to the NFL HOF of course. Still keeping that "I before team" attitude with him to the gold jacket he now tarnishes. When Me-O started mouthing off, that would have been a good time to say "You're right punk. We'll give it to someone that was willing to sacrifice glamor boy stats putting the team before the self. This was done without pointing fingers at teammates during adversity or temper tantrums on the sidelines. Welcome to the NFL Hall of Fame Clay Matthews."

Bump. My former college roommate called me last week. Made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Seems his son lives just outside of Boston, and got 4 freebie tickets to the game. Road trip to New England to see the Browns play the Patriots for the price of a $200 plane ticket. Everything else covered except beer at the stadium.

I live in MD, so I usually get to the Raven's game here and I also usually fly into Cleveland for the home opener. I can get flights from BWI to Columbus for $49-69 each way (my bro-in law lives there so I drive up on Saturday for the car ride company with him and we always stay at Doubletree on Lakeside, good wings and pizza there).

Keep your eyes open for the details on the annual Board reunion Tailgate bash, it's going to be on the opener this year. All welcome.
