Breaking News-now we can eat Chic-Fil-A again. ?
That was very disappointing to me. For Chic Fil A to drop two very good Christian org such as the Salvation Army and Christian athletes because of their biblical views of traditional marriage is a sad cave to the militant left. The Salvation Army does not discriminate in whom they give help and aid and that is all that should matter. But that is not enough for the militant left. Nothing less than forced submission of acceptance of something the bible clearly calls sin is what they demand. This controversy will not end until the Lord returns as there will always be a remnant faithful to the word of God and will not bow their knee at the altar of political correctness. I for one am happy to be in that remnant.

Just for the record I never gave up eating at Chic-Fil-A which is locally owned by a veteran who goes out of his way to feed every veteran and his family members on Veterans Day evening for free. Good people. Don't know anything about Christian Athletes, but Salvation Army does not discriminate when to comes to helping people in need. I referred people to them many times over the years when I was working. I don't know why anyone would protest about Salvation Army and their good works. Always drop money in the buckets next to the bell ringers at Xmas time. It goes for a good cause IMO.

actually, we don't use the Salvation Army, we go to a local place that does the same thing, but the money stays locally.

Or just maybe she is being an impartial Supreme Court judge and giving the Trump administration the proper time to get their case together for presentation by Dec 13th. I know this may sound strange, but I actually have faith in Chief Justice Roberts to compel people that trumpy has barred from congressional testimony to appear under oath in any Senate Impeachment trial. He is the presiding judge as provided by the Constitution and he is a Constitutional oriented judge. He understands the legal oversight role of the House in our 3 way system of government as laid down in that document. Barring testimony is not a right of the Executive branch despite what trumpy may tell you. Blocking oversight will not be allowed by Chief Justice Roberts who was appointed by a real Republican, not a cult hero. Make America Constitutional Again.

Meanwhile, your contention that barring them from testifying in a complete circus/farce/kangaroo court is of course, LeGAL.
The House has oversight - but it is being hideously abused by the house for totally corrupt reasons - politically trying to undo the last election results with absolutely NO REASON.
The years of the fake mueller "investigation" found NOTHING. ZILCH. the dems will get blasted in 2020.
Most of them know it now. This "impeachment" circus is NOT real. There is absolutely nothing for them to impeach for. It's a farce, designed to get republican voters divided, and try to keep Pres Trump from being re-elected.
