Browns RB Kareem Hunt cited for speeding; marijuana found in car

Open container too. Get rid of him. Not only is he a risk to the team but to the lives of the general public.

Maximum $150 Fine. Makes him up there with Jeffrey Dahmer

it's too bad. He's had his second chance with a new team. Hunt even admitted he would have flunked the drug test?
May as well draft another rb - Hunt will probably? be suspended again. Too bad for him AND the team that gave him new football life.
If Hunt is lucky, he may get his one....last....chance. But it may be with another football team, depending on how it all sorts out.
Maybe that top rb from Georgia will drop to the Browns in the second round..... yeah, right. crap. But it isn't a bad rb draft - Hunt was a third round pick. Hunt was released from the Chiefs for lying about the woman hitting incident.
Now he's lied to a very helpful classy police officer.

Thanks Cal. After reading the article, Hunt is guilty of extreme stupidity. If he had just put the backpack in the trunk, and STFU- he probably would only have gotten a speeding ticket, and it's not national sports news.
PS I gather from Kareem's comments to the cop he's NOT currently in the drug protocol. That may change however.

Saw the PoliceCam vid on NFL LIve today.
Weed and an open jug of vodka?
My main question was... just how much discretion do the Police have?

I wonder if the officer is going to get in trouble?

Thought crossed my mind as well...
We all know that "Celebs" are treated differently, but seeing it on tape takes it to another level.

If there was an open container of vodka and Hunt didn't receive a sobriety test, he damn well should be.
-
I wonder if the officer is going to get in trouble?
If nothing else, public sentiment will DEMAND it. I just don't see how the officer cannot be in hot water.

The dope heads will make excuses for Hunt claiming it's a non story because it's a legal recreational drug in a lot of other states. Meanwhile Hunt has made the organization look bad. What did he do for the Browns last season? Nothing comes to mind does it? I'd package him in a trade. Hasta la vista

Jimmy has made this organization look bad since he bought it
This is a minor blip compared to what Jimmy has done

I'm so tired of drugs ruining people's lives. I know we make our own decisions and all that, but Jesus. I'm tired of seeing people struggle.

Doesn't sound like the Officer is in trouble...
Rocky River police chief says Cleveland Browns RB Kareem Hunt did not receive preferential treatment during traffic stop

A cop covering the ass of another cop?
NO WAY.

Not just any cop... the Chief.
Meanwhile there are a bunch of Defense Attorneys muttering "equal treatment, my ass" into their Single Malts.

I'm not gonna disagree with that. I'm a proponent for him selling the team. Haslam is an IDIOT!

He has little trade value, maybe they could get a 6th.
