Why Does Ohio Want Me to Vote By Mail in the Presidential Primary?

I live 40 miles south of Tampa on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. I haven't lived in Ohio since 1973..
I've never possessed an Ohio driver's license..
Multiple invitations to vote.
They don't appear to be a scam..
What could go wrong with vote by mail?
