Gov. DeWine backpedals on use of masks, says retail customers will not be required to wear facial coverings

There is evidence that shows that covid19 can be spread by asymptomatic carriers not only by coughing or sneezing but just by the infected person speaking so it makes sense to me that customers should be wearing masks not for themselves but to protect other customers and store employees. I was not unhappy with the mask requirement but many people are against it so Dewine changed it from a mandatory to a suggested policy.
