On December 7th, the Wall Street Journal listed the unemployment rates for 49 of America's largest urban regions.

      Jan 19, 2016 · Illinois lost an estimated 22,194 residents in 2015, by far the largest decline of any state. The losses, which accelerated from 2014, are partly driven by the state’s economy and a labor market that’s weaker than most other states.
