Trump surprises me in many ways.
The biggest surprise is his take no shit, and get things done approach in DC.
The second biggest surprise is his uncanny ability to say stupid shit...there’s times he is his own worst enemy.

I think he's about 2 years from a locked dementia ward. Hyperorality is a sign of frontotemporal dementia, but that is usually a faster onset. He's been sniffing women and girls in public inappropriately for years, so it might just be regular old Alzheimer's and he's just a pervert.
