No matter who the leader of the greatest country in the world is - red, blue, right, left, it's an impossible balance between opening up the country for economic reasons while keeping the spread low. I don't think there is a reasonable person on the planet that says we need to lock everyone into their homes for 2, 3, or 4 years.
If there was currently a blue democrat in the White House, no matter how conservative he or she was in opening the country, they would be vilified by the red right.
I'll say it one more time. To anyone who has not been affected financially, it is easy to say "everyone stay home"...... As soon as you get one email from your employer saying that your services are no longer needed, you will have a serious change of mind, much less when your mortgage, COBRA insurance, car payment, kid's tuition, electric, gas, water and food bills come due...... then you'll REALLY change your mind.
It's a no win situation, yet no one has the balls to admit that because they swing from the left, or from the right and simply REFUSE to look at both sides of the issue and simply ask themselves, "shit, how do you open up the country and contain the spread?"
.... and yes, I do realize that if I had a loved one dying from COVID, then my perspective would more than likely change on locking down the planet.

If that were the case he wouldn't have an almost 200 page thread. Most of the posts being just unprompted. An archive for Q bullshit that attracts others from across the internet, clearly.
I'm generalizing based on some of the common traits studies have found about conspiracy theorists and what some articles have found investigating Q. That is true. I don't know this guy..

The biggest thing with me is that Trump treated this like a PR crisis the while time, not a health crisis. It was all about him and how it made him look.

However Chris Wallace contradicted the president when he said that. That's why Biden's name is integral to the conversation.

Steve, as the election approaches, I'm just going to try and bite my lip- and keyboard, and not say anything unless it's totally outrageous. And the stuff here is getting more and more like it's straight out of 4Chan or 8Chan. Just my 0.02- parting shot... Amazing though how Trump just said stuff he should have been saying back in April. Nah- not possible McConnell and a few other ranking Republicans just rammed a reality pill down Trump's throat- or up his ass, and told him you keep up your current pandemic tack, your ship is going down, and you're going to take a lot of us down with you. Count me as one very cynical SOB- Trump will say and do anything in the words of the Alice Cooper song- "I Want to be Elected.
PS- Hey great if the latest is 95% of the cases are asymptomatic, we're a lot farther on the way to herd immunity. I'm not going to bother looking up the stats on the original Cruise Ship problem as to what % of the people never got sick, but that would be a good start.
