No, neither.  Otto had  14  post season TDs.   (Remember, they only played one single postseason game then.  QBs since then have had to play in 3 , maybe 4 postseason games each year.  Starr played half of his career under the same situation...and the Packers were really a grind it out running attack.

So: hint:   think of some of the most prolific passing offenses in history.

If Moon didn't play in Canada or those years, he'd be on the list. Threw the nicest ball I've ever seen.

    That's pretty pedestrian.

Remember the old thinking good defenses win super bowls well here's the first 20 games, it used to be true way back when.  Then along came the Steelers, 49ers era and the West Coast offences !

Betting went from bet the under to take the niners and the over -and- the overs went from the thirties to the fifties in no time including the extinct St. Louis Cardinals and the greatest show on turf with former Arena League star Kurt Warner.....my golden era of professional football.    🙂

Even though I guessed him, I'm still kind of surprised he played enough playoff games to make the list. Either he played in more than I thought, or he was prolific as hell in the ones he did play in.

Edit: So I looked up his playoff record, and man is it impressive. He went 9-4 in 13 playoff games, throwing for 3952 yards (304 per game) and 31 touchdowns vs 14 interceptions, with a 102.8 QB rating.
