***Browns VS Colts GAMEDAY Thread***
-
Hi, Browns fans!
If any game seems that is going to be close this Sunday, it's this one, which will match two teams battling for the Middle West. (1.5 Indy in the odds)
Two of the best Olines, one of the best defenses against the best run offense. Both teams with a turnover ratio of 6+ (Browns) and 4+ (Colts). An aging Phillip Rivers as QB who decided to play on a greener grass that he might see too close today as he faces a DPOY candidate in Myles Garrett (10 tackles, 5 sacks, 3 forced fumbles on 4 games).
Good teams are proven in tough matchups, and this is one of them. Whoever wins this one, will have a serious claim for making the playoffs this years. So let's make sure it's Cleveland, LET'S GO BROWNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree. This one will determine whether we have a winning season or not IMO.

If you got a cabin this weekend then I'm jealous. I was looking at renting one for myself and my lady, but every weekend was booked until seemingly the end of time.

We rented a yurt, way before Covid.

Raise your hand if you did not know what a "yurt" is...
Here ya go...
... and remember... No yurt... no shoes... no service...

Well, if you had read about Genghis Khan and the mongols then you'd probably have heard of them.
I did not...
However, I did see John Wayen play Genghis in The Conqueror...
Love the 'stache, Duke!

Many Yurts come with an accompanying Yak.

Worst movie John Wayne ever made.
Plus, it was made near where they had just dropped an atomic bomb, and a ton of the people involved later developed cancer.

It's hilarious watching John Wayne and other Hollywood stars portray famous personalities from all around the globe.
I thought Gary Cooper nailed Marco Polo....

Early game observations:
1. The referees are fellating the Steelers, again. Two phantom calls that gave them a TD vs. Eagle. One on a Pass Interfereence, where there was NO contact...or if there was it was initiated by the receiver, plus the ball was over the head and uncatchable. (don't know why it was not challenged). Second was phantom Personal Foul, which should have been either offsetting, or called on the Steelers OL. Gift TD, pure and simple.
2. BR has mainly become a dink and dunker from I can see. Of 10 passes, 9 were only of about 5 yards. The other was the PI call above, and as I said, from what I could tell, ball was overthrown and out of bounds.
More to come.

Ravens are dismembering Cinci...
Time to find another game to watch.

Interested to see defenses start to clamp down on the Joe Burrow dink and dunk fest each week and bring more pressure.
I hope we do the same when we play again

Helps the Raven D that Cinci's OL is letting interior pass-rushers run free at Burrow.
