    Honorable mention: Charleston SC

    Small towns:

    Cooperstown NY
    Seaside Fla.
    Chagrin Falls OH
...and then I can't make up my mind between Chatham Mass/Kennebunkport ME, and Skaneatales NY

    Resort towns:
    Aspen, CO
    Sedona AZ

!.  Denver (though we love S.A. riverwalk and the old Spanish missions around it)

      2. Agree on Santa Fe-especially the square where you can buy Native American goods. Jacksonville for the beaches & seafood. Ft. Worth for the Kimbell Museum

      3. Boothbay Harbor, Maine for the lobster. St. John USVI for the snorkeling

      4. Estes Park cause it's free staying with my brother & all the hiking trails in RMNP
