So seems they’ve given the 2022 first to Philly so they gained a first in 2023 and a 3rd next year to move down three spots.

Depends on your definition of success.   Mike Tomscak had a lengthy NFL career.  He had a winning record as a starter,  though more of his career was spent as a backup. Even spent a year as the Browns primary starting QB.
