LeBrent has one fully correct answer, and partially correct answers on several others.
But note: the source I referenced has Tim Duncan as being from the USA. They must consider him an American as the U.S. Virgin Islands are US territory. Duncan did play for the US in the Olympics. Perhaps he falls into a somewhat special category.
