You watch we'll surprise all of NFL, Here WE COME MUTHA xxxxAS!!!!

  • Well at least we have no west coast trips i guess, but pretty bummed about no primetime games.

  • At least we finally start the season on the road!!! Times are a changin! (hopefully)

  • and with that schedule i would expect an 8-8 record, or around that, but 6 wins or less and that will be a disappointing season

i like the way you think. we're not sneaking up on anyone. we're going straight at 'em with both barrels blazing. TIME TO KICK SOME xxxxING ASS!!!!

  • Eh....I'm ok with no prime time games. Easy to schedule around all 1 o'clock games. 2-0 baby!!! Go Browns!!

Meh. I would liked one primetime game, imo. The one against the Jets. But good thing is going to the cleveland games this year is going to be manageable cuz they're all one o clock.

  • [color="#A0522D"I'm good with no Primetime Games. They'll give us 5 next year after we kick everyone's ass. All 1 O'clock's means easy to plan!

    Go Browns!

  • Is it possible though if we're good this year, they put us on the telly nationwide. Just maybe. FOOD FOR THOUGHT> 🙂

  • Although I may be a bit off topic, how do the Thursday night NFL Network games work? Are they predetermined or do they select the "hot games"?

  • hey by the looks of it we should be able to start out 2-0 for the first time since ummm....

Same thing I was thinking. If we can get off to a fast start and build some confidence early, who know's what could happen.

4 straight at the end of the year last year then 2 at the beginning of the year this year. Thats a 6 game winning streak going into Baltimore; I like it we might finally turn the corner this year

  • From a fans standpoint all 1 o'clock games kinda sucks, but with all the young guys were going to be playing it helps with preparation and getting into a routine. I wouldnt be supprised he we recommended to the NFL to schedule it that way. I know Mangini's lovin it.

  • all i know is i haven't been this excited for an upcoming season since their first year of reinstatement.

I speak for rest of Browns nation when I say this..

the day the 2008-2009 schedule got released, everybody was doing this

  • Looks like 7 toughies in a row after the first 2 games...if we can survive that stretch, maybe we're a contender!!

  • Look at the bright side of this schedule.

All of our games are on the east coast except for St. Louis Rams that is the farthest west we travel.

This make me feel good over the schedule, players wont have to adapt to time changes as much.

IMO: the worst game to ever have to play is a Thursday Night on the road. Most guys are just finishing the mending process of healing bumps, bruises and starined muscles from playing on sunday.
