Technical Question

I've read the BB Code help but can't seem to figure out how to link to a video that I want to post. Can anyone get me started?

Example say i want to embed a video like "chick hit in face by gun"

1) find the video and pull it up.

2) then I copy the web address. like so.

3) after the v= you will want to copy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h3PUXbo3tCo like what you see in bolded type.

4) insert what you copied after the v= between the bracketed type. [ youtube][/youtube]* i left a space between the first bracket and the word youtube so it would display the type.

and you should get what is shown below
