Cleveland Rams owner Dan Reeves. Allegedly for "opening up the west coast" to NFL football when he moved the Rams there. More appropriately was that he knew with Paul Brown and the Browns being formed that the Rams could not stay here...so he moved to the biggest city in the country without a team. A fricking no brainer. And for that you get into the HOF? I guess he did own the team from like 1935 to 1971 when he died.
