Do you think he's a good fit? He started for a year or two at B-more but was abruptly cut during the preseason. Some Ravens' fans are relieved and said he's horrible. Not sure what to think about this move. Maybe we can scope him out and pick someone else better next time on waivers later.
I'm not a big fan of signing other teams cast off but the Browns are gonna need some bodies to fill holes on the o-line. With Steinbeck out and Pashos dinged already you take what you can get

I think after this year ES is gone. We can get anybody to sit between Mack and JT and look average. Hope he gets well and plays again, but not for us at 6+ mil.

Yeah, you may be a Salary Cap Genius, but got any idea how the waiver wire works??? Hmmm? Should go by last years standings which means the Browns were 6th in line. Browns "awarded" the rights to... Which in all likelihood means more than one team put a claim in on him.

How in the hell does Pashos look like he doesn't want to play. Speculative bullshit as always. From all reports I have read Pashos has had a great camp and sat out part of last practice because the coaches wanted to give him rest and give Greco and Cousins more reps at RT to get them both ready for the pre season game on Thur. I think between Pashos, Greco, Cousins, and Braxton (best camp out of all O-Linemen) we should be good at RT.

No the NFL releases how many teams put in waivers. As per NFL league source no other team put in a waiver on him. So it is what it is.. No one else wanted him

Never get? My arguments where back up with hard cold facts with the salary cap
Are other argument is something we will have to see how it plays out. We both have our opinions on the front office. The success in future years will show who was right.

As far as where did all the browns fans go, i think more fans are satisfied and even content with whats going on and we are better informed by coach shurmer as to whats going on leading to less drama, so for now at least there is less bitching and whining by the fans in general..
Its been a longtime since this fanbase could kinda kick back and feel like the team is being ran at a competent professional level and is unmistakably heading in the right direction...
However as injuries and inexperience begin to show up on the field in our new systems and the coaches struggle to correct things the fans will undoubtedly show up in masses on the messageboards to rant and decry all that is wrong..
Lets hope more fans come to discuss and celebrate the successes the club has as well because if not the brownsboard and other browns forums may become less lively like most other nfl boards and that would suck because amongst nfl fans we are kinda unique in what we have experienced and share...
