In terms of fantasy points he has a real shot. Also don't be surprised if Jackson gets comeback player of the year if he keeps up how he is playing.

Since this is a "Fantasy Football" Award, I don't put a lot of stock in it. Nevertheless, racking up fantasy points does show a certain productivity. From the one list that I saw, Tom Brady is the leader in the fantasy points department by a decent margin over Drew Brees. And actually, Colt McCoy was ahead of Hillis. Colt was 40th on the list, Hillis 65th.
I suppose though that there are a hundred different ways of counting those points, and there may be a hundred different rankings.

Some of us have said for years DQJ is a probowl player in the 4-3 defense and if he stays healthy he could be "the player of the year"..
With somewhat deadweight, non aggressive and constantly knocked on their asses stationary olbs at each side of him dqj will have a lot of solo tackles this year..
