Lions just signed him and the Browns didn't even take a look at him. WTF??? Our line sucks so bad why not give him a shot? It's inconceivable that he'd be worse that what we have going on at the right side of our line.

Free Agents that are worthy of starting in the league will more likely go to a contender than a team with 3 wins.
With that, teams that are in contention are more likely to sign a player like him anyway. Sure he would upgrade our OL, arguably, but it's like in baseball, only the teams in contention are gonna try to make a splash this late in the season. A team with no shot at playoffs is gonna try to make a trade for Cliff Lee for the rest of the season and pay that salary.
