Here is this week's trivia about the teams and coaches that are in this year's playoffs:

    1. Of the 12 teams that have made this year's playoffs, which team has played in the most postseason games in the past?

    2. The Houston Texans are making their very first playoff appearance. Aside from them, which of the other 11 teams in this year's playoffs has played in the fewest postseason games in that franchises past?

    3. The Texans have finally made the playoffs here in their 10th year of existance. Other than the Giants and the Packers who were around long before "playoffs" began in 1933, which of the other 9 2011 playoff teams took the longest in that franchise's history from its year of origin to make a postseason appearance?

    4. Also excluding the Giants and Packers, which of this year's playoff teams took the shortest time to make a postseason appearance in that franchise's history from its year of origin?

    5. Of this year's 12 playoff teams, which ones played each other in last year's playoffs?

    6. Name all the teams that were in the 2010 playoffs that did not make the 2011 playoffs.

    7. Name all the teams that are in the 2011 playoffs that did not make the 2010 playoffs.

    8. From the 12 playoff teams this year, name those that have met head to head in the Super Bowl in the past.

    9. Which NFL team has now gone the longest since making the playoffs?

    10. Of the 12 playoff teams, which one is coached by a person that at one time took another team to the Super Bowl.

Bonus. Match this year's 12 playoff Head Coaches with the college they attended:

You can add another question now...

Who is the only team to lose in overtime quicker than it took them to read the rules for for overtime?

                    Zombo

Would that be The Pittsburgh Steelers?

Nevertheless, I didn't like this stupid rule that applies "Only in the playoffs"....that if a team gets a field goal the other team still gets a chance to have a crack at possessing the ball.

Not that there may be anything wrong with the rule....but have it apply in the regular season as well. You can't have different rules for just the playoffs. That is bogus. Good thing the Broncos scored there.
