I will take that bet that at 150-1 that the Browns will by no means have the worse record in the league. These touts are buying the hype about the Browns just because the Browns won't spend foolishly on free agents.
I don't think the Browns should have gone crazy in FA...but I do think that they could have made a couple of prudent moves by retaining Hillis and going after Eric Winston.
