Trent Richardson Takes Cancer Survivor To Her Prom
-
Well, if he wanted white, fat, and bald (that is a wig), he could have taken Curley Howard to the prom.

You got my vote for the least funniest post of all time.

No, it was funny. Maybe the most politically incorrect post of all time, after all who would make fun of a cancer victim. But then I occasionall watch Tosh.0, so maybe it is rubbing off.

...In a word- No. Richardson is the peoples choice and for once I think that the fans of the Browns deserve a pick like this. C'mon Heckert, do the right thing!

he we go with the cock slobbing again.
wake me up when this shit's all over with. this pre-draft drama that has been created here is excessively gay and becoming gayer by the day.

Come on Larry....the guy doesn't make the HOF and he is a blown pick??
At running back 'Peen? Let's say he just turns out Ray Rice good, Jones-Drew good. Cory Dillon good- Second round picks. Arian Foster UFA.
You don't need to spend the #4 overall on a just "pretty good" RB. Sorry if I'm not seeing the second coming of Jim Brown or Barry Sanders in Richardson.

exactly.
richardson will be good. like thomas jones good. like brandon jacobs good. he'll deliver when needed, for like 3 years. then we'll see him selling his pure pork sausage to guy fieti on diners drive-ins and dives.
"i like the way he runs down hill" yeah while getting speared on his thighs everytime he tries to get 3 yards because our OL can't block for shit. you think hillis was wounded by a sore throat? how about he didn't want to keep on getting killed by our opponent's defense? ooooh, sorry coach, my throat is a little dry. or was it more like these guys can't open a hole the size of a sardine can and i'm getting railed every play?
nothing would make me happier if we traded down, still grabbed claiborn then the best RT/OL then the RB. then WR and LB LB LB and LB.

Sorry PG- he's not the "People's Choice" he's YOUR choice. Maybe some of the other draftnicks picks too. Many, many knowledgeable commentators have stated the opposing view in today's NFL, you just DON'T take a running back that high.
My opinion? Richardson & Blackmon are BOTH high character guys- you forget this one?.... Blackmon's special friend ...
If we do take Richardson @ #4- he had better be more than just Adrian Peterson good, Ray Rice good. He had better be upper echelon HOF good- or we could have spent the pick elsewhere. Sorry if I'm not feeling the love, but frankly I don't think Richardson is that unique a talent.
So you saying if TR needs to have say 1500 yards rushing with 10+ TD's not including what he will bring in the receiving game while Blackmon would only need around 1000 plus yards receiving and around 8 TD's. How does that make sense. Considering every poll I have seen over the past 2-3 weeks has 75-80% saying they want Richardson at 4 while the other 20-25% are split between wanting Blackmon, Tannehill, and trading down I saying Richardson has won the race for fan and pundit favorite as the Browns pick at #4.
Towards the topic subject Trent does come off ass cocky about his ability but this goes to show that he really is just a great character guy. I want someone who believes in his game, isn't afraid to say it, but is also going to be humble and down to Earth like this.

Where did I mention anything about Blackmon? Irrelevant if you trade down. My point is- if you don't think Richardson is going to be way better than Rice or Jones Drew, then why are you drafting him 30 slots ahead of where those guys got drafted, and there's similar talent to be had on day two this year?
I'm not even saying don't draft Richardson- it's just at that level- I have mighty high expectations of him. Like about 12,000+ career yards, 100 TDs, and 6 or 7 Pro Bowls.

EXACTLY, DAMMIT ! And if you don't think a qb in the first round, will be better than Tom Brady, then why would you draft him higher than Brady wa....
hey.... wait a minute.....

Point is, we need to win. Which prospect will help us win in the short and long term, simple as that. Fuck draft value, draft for of needs, and dont get stuck with out dicks in our hands with a trade down.

cause drafting for need has historically worked out fantastically!
Don't draft for need but don't draft for value. The only positions in the NFL that should really have any kind of maximum round they should be selected in are FB, P, and K. I will also argue that C and G should not be taken in the top 10 and RT shouldn't be taken in the first half of the 1st round or until after pick 20. Other than that if they are the highest player on your draft board grab them.

OK I get your point- but this isn't well, you can find a Tom Brady in the sixth round, Joe Montana in the third. It's in the stats for top running backs 2011 style. The runner drafted in the first round is an endangered species. May be wrong and I don't have Gipper's time to research, but none drafted in the top five IIRC.

Man, u guys r tough, trent is a great football player and a genuine guy, at Alabama he has been the hardest worker on the team and very humble. I know college football is not as big up north as it is here. The kids here really look up to the bama players, this was a big deal to her and the school. If he is drafted by the browns, u will be impressed, I assure you.

Besides, many here think Richardson would be a good choice and are just making fun of the situation, ergo:

Please don't play the part of the stereotypical ignorant Alabaman. The Browns suck every year because the people running the program suck, not because of anything else. The same way that Alabama is good and Mississippi isn't. There is no damn difference between the Alabama fan and the Mississippi fan, except that the Alabama fan has better people running their program. There isn't a Goddamn thing you as a fan can do to make your Alabama team any better or worse the same as there isn't a Goddamn thing the Browns fan can do to make things better or worse.

I have always liked browns fans, hardcore and faithful even In bad times, much like bama fans, but come on, that response was out of line.

By the way, in the event the Mike Holmgren/Heckert/Shurmur experiment truly does bottom out, guess who many have speculated would be prime on the list to take over for them?:
A former Browns Defensive Coordinator, Kent State graduate by the name of Nick Saban.

did you go on the saint's board last year and talk up mark ingram? hey, how'd that work out for them last year? big numbers he put up, huh?
the only thing good about alabama is that it's far enough south that the stench doesn't carry up the coast. rednecks and racists=alabama.
love the black guy when he's winning games for you, but lynch him when he looks at your wife.
