Look these guys are playing badly. Really badly. It's not just this week either. This is unacceptable. Greg little should be benched, or moved to fullback. He threw a good block earlier. Cameron dropped some easy ones, weeden can't make a throw. Look at Flacco throw then look at Weeden and tell me how good he's going to be someday. Only Richardson looks decent at all so far, and he does not have much to work with.

I think you have some seriously unrealistic expectations. This team is crazy young and for the most part have been competitive and have had chances to win ballgames. They will all grow together, coach included and IMO will turn out to be a hell of a football team. Just need some time, chill out and relax and enjoy the good plays as they come.

A blind squirrel you are....the suggestion to move Little to fullback...or H-back may not be a bad one.
Marecic seems to be a pure flop....and unless they want to bring in Brad Smelley, using a current roster member makes sense.
You can have Gordon, Benjamin, MoMass, Cribbs, Norwood etc. manning the WR spot...and put Little at H-back. That way he can block..which he is pretty good at... and be useful in the pass game. One thing Little does do is fight for yards after he catches the ball....if he catches the ball. Swing passes to him out of the backfield could be a productive use for this guy. (and help build up his confidence).
Only problem?: Shurmur. Shurmur wouldn't NEVER be so creative as to try something like that.
